:: Calls :: Il giorno 10 ottobre 2017 scade il bando per una borsa di ricerca post-doc, indetta dall’Università degli Studi di Genova in ricordo di Flavio Baroncelli, per lo svolgimento di una ricerca (da svolgersi in soggiorno di studio presso Università estera o Istituto di Ricerca estero qualificato a scelta del candidato) su uno dei seguenti temi: a) etiche del riconoscimento; b) fondamenti teorici delle politiche di tolleranza e integrazione; c) analisi del discorso razzista e antirazzista. :: Call for Papers :: The German Section of the International Association for the Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law of the University of Freiburg, will hold its 2018 biennial conference in Freiburg on “Hans Kelsen’s Pure Theory of Law: Conceptions and Misconceptions”. Up to 24 contributions to six panels will be selected by means of a call for papers. The deadline for abstract submissions is 20 October, 2017.

:: Calls :: Metagiuridica, an informal graduate discussion group belonging to the Tarello Institute for Legal Philosophy, invites submissions for presentations this year. We are looking for working papers, camera-ready, or recently published contributions from established academics and graduate students.
There are no formal deadlines for submissions, as they are accepted throughout the year. Those interested are encouraged to email us abstracts: firstname.lastname@example.org
This email should contain the following information: (1) an abstract with no more than 600 words; (2) your academic affiliation; and (3) a date proposal.
:: Calls :: The “Evidence & Decision Making in the Law: Theoretical, Computational and Empirical Approaches” workshop will be held in Kig’s College London, on June 16, 2017.It will foster an interdisciplinary debate on the interactions between evidential reasoning establishing the facts and deliberative decision making determining legal action.
