La Universidad de Génova (Istituto Tarello per la Filosofia del Diritto) y la Universidad de Girona han abierto la convocatoria para el programa de posgrado: Máster oficial en Estado de Derecho global y Democracia constitucional. Se ofrecen 15 becas de tres tipos diferentes. La fecha límite para realizar una solicitud de aceptación es el 2 de mayo.

Hernán Bouvier (Conicet-Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina) terrà un seminario sul tema: Observaciones sobre el concepto de control.

:: Calls :: The European University Institute (EUI) will host a workshop addressing legal reasoning and argumentation, with a focus on the topic of reason-giving in law, sponsored by the Edinburgh Law School, the EUI Department of Law and the Foundations of Normativity Project at the University of Edinburgh. :: Calls :: Phenomenology and Mind, Journal of the Faculty of Philosophy of San Raffaele University (Milan), invites submissions for a special issue, in French and in English, dedicated to “Qu’est-ce qu’une règle? Perspectives ontologiques et pragmatiques – What is a rule? Ontological and pragmatic perspectives”.
