:: Master Global Rule of Law :: La convocatoria a aplicaciones para la X Edición del Máster en “Estado de Derecho Global y Democracia Constitucional” (2020-2021) se encuentra ahora abierta.
Fecha límite para aplicaciones: 5 de mayo de 2020, 12:00 hrs. (hora italiana).

::Calls:: A call for abstracts for the conference “The Unity of Normativity”, which will be held from 24th to 26th of September 2020 at the University of Vienna, has been opened. The conference will have three sections: Epistemic and Practical Normativity, Normativity and the Nature of Rationality and Classifying and Systematizing Normativity. The submission deadline has been extended to May 24th. For more information, visit the website of the conference.
A strong earthquake hit Zagreb in March, causing widespread damage throughout the city, including the Faculty of Law. The two premises of the Faculty were declared dangerous for use by the construction experts.
A donation account has been established for the reconstruction of the damaged premises. More information can be found on the website of the Faculty.
::Calls:: A call for papers has been opened for a special issue of Bulletin of the Section of Logic (BSL): „Reasoning about social phenomena”. More info about the journal can be found on their website. Research papers concerning applications of logic to social phenomena, including, but not limited to, the following topics, are welcome: philosophical logic (deontic, epistemic, causal, probabilistic etc.) within social context, multi agent logics, non-monotonic reasoning (particularly to cognitive science), formal social sciences and formal ethics. Contributions are to be submitted via the journal’s submission website by August 31st 2020.
:: Calls :: The University of Sao Paulo’s Discussion Group on Legal Theory and Public Law PósDebate invites submissions for presentations throughout the year. ::Events:: The 2020 CEENJ (Central and Eastern European Network of Jurisprudence) Conference is to take place at the premises of the University of Warsaw (Poland), Faculty of Law and Administration, on September 17 and 18, 2020. ::Events:: El próximo 12 y 13 de marzo, la Cátedra de Cultura Jurídica de la Universidad de Girona se ha propuesto instaurar un premio internacional de Cultura Jurídica a la Dra. Susan Haack, por toda su trayectoria en el ámbito de la epistemología, la filosofía de la lógica, la filosofía del derecho y la filosofía de la ciencia, campos en los que ha publicado trabajos de referencia imprescindible, con fuerte impacto en el debate jurídico.
