:: Events:: El próximo martes 10 de septiembre de 2019 a las 15.30 hs., en la Sala Vélez Sarsfield de la Facultad de Derecho – Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina), se llevará a cabo un taller especial sobre el libro de M. The Associates and Fellows of the Tarello Institute for Legal Philosophy express their deepest sorrow and mournful regret for the untimely death of Professor John Gardner, brilliant jurisprude, engaged academic, and great friend.
The American Journal of Jurisprudence has published the proceedings of the Symposium on Ekin’s The Nature of Legislative Intent. It includes the contributions of Adriano Zambon and Francesco Ferraro, Andrea Dolcetti, Giovanni Tuzet, Corrado Roversi and Alessio Sardo, Chiara Valentini, Damiano Canale and Francesca Poggi, and Richard Ekins. :: Events :: Il giorno venerdì 5 luglio, dalle ore 16, si svolgerà presso i locali dell’Istituto Tarello (via Balbi 30, Genova) la discussione della tesi di dottorato del dott. Vincenzo Russo, dal titolo Libertà di espressione, verità e onore: profili interpretativi tra realtà materiale e realtà virtuale.
