New issue of Analisi e diritto 1/2018
We are happy to announce the publication of the latest issue of Analisi e diritto 1/2018 with contributions by Mauro Barberis, Pierluigi Chiassoni, Luca Malagoli, Lorena Ramírez Ludeña, Giulio Itzcovich, Giorgio Pino, Riccardo Guastini, Giovani Battista Ratti and Jorge Luis Rodríguez. :: Events :: The IVR’s German Section, in co-operation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Freiburg, will be holding its biennial conference in September 2018 in Freiburg (Germany). The topic to be discussed is “Hans Kelsen’s Pure Theory of Law: Conceptions and Misconceptions”.
Just a couple days before, in the same September´s week, the “Junges Forum Rechtsphilosophie” (JFR) will be also holding one of its annual conferences in Freiburg. The main subject of this conference is the problem of the “wrong” legal decisions – “Recht, Rechtswissenschaft(en) und Irrtum”. You will find the programs and more information here:
