The XXVIII World Congress of the International Society for the Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy (IVR) will be held in Istanbul July 16 – 21, 2017. Submissions for individual papers to be presented at the Congress, in two special workshops addressing “The Concept of Law: Elements and Nature” and “Objectivity and Law” are welcomed. This year’s third and last issue of Revus. Journal for Constitutional Theory and Philosophy of Law (2016) 30 includes a rich discussion of Bruno Celano‘s paper on Pre-Conventions as normative facts, as well as Alberto Puppo’s contribution Reasonable stability vs. radical indeterminacy.
