:: News :: La Asociación Argentina de Filosofía del Derecho (AAFD) convoca al Premio Joven Investigador, el que es discernido mediante un concurso en el que pueden participar los autores o autoras que no hayan cumplido 35 años al 31 de Agosto de cada año. El tema deberá adecuarse a la temática general de las XXXI Jornadas Anuales de Filosofía Jurídica y Social: “Interpretación y Creación del Derecho”. Los trabajos destinados al concurso, con una extensión no mayor de 10.000 palabras, deben presentarse (o ser enviados mediante correo certificado) hasta la fecha de vencimiento del plazo fijado en cada convocatoria (el plazo de presentación de la edición 2017 vence el 30 de junio). :: Calls :: Phenomenology and Mind, Journal of the Faculty of Philosophy of San Raffaele University (Milan), invites submissions for a special issue, in French and in English, dedicated to “Qu’est-ce qu’une règle? Perspectives ontologiques et pragmatiques – What is a rule? Ontological and pragmatic perspectives”. The issue will gather the works from philosophers all around the world in order to investigate the nature of rules and norms from the perspectives of ontology and pragmatics, with a special focus on legal rules and legal norms.
