Il giorno 7 maggio, alle ore 17 e il giorno 8 maggio alle ore 11:30, nei consueti locali dell’Istitituto Tarello per la Filosofia del Diritto, Via Balbi, 30, V piano, il prof. Stanley Paulson, della Washington University (St. Louis, USA) e della Università di Kiel (Germania), terrà due seminari dal titolo: Four Dimensions of Hans Kelsen’s Radical Programme e Dismantling the Pure Theory of Law. The Great Upheaval in Hans Kelsen’s Legal Philosophy.
