The Serbian section of the IVR organizes three activities in the following months. First, Belgrade Legal Theory Group will have an online lecture given by Boško Tripković (Birmingham Law School) on the Existence and justification of human rights. The lecture will be held on May 3rd, from 17 to 18.30. Second, a panel discussion The Most Important Problems of Contemporary Legal Philosophy with Brian Leiter, Frederick Schauer, Pierluigi Chiassoni, Torben Spaak and Tomasz Gizbert-Studnicki will be held on May 28th, 18.00 CET. Third, a conference Rule of Law beyond the Nation-State: International, Supranational and Transnational Contexts will be held at the University of Belgrade from September 9-10.
