:: Call for Papers :: Metagiuridica – Graduate Discussion Group (Tarello Institute for Legal Philosophy)

:: Calls :: Metagiuridica, an informal graduate discussion group belonging to the Tarello Institute for Legal Philosophy, invites submissions for presentations this year. We are looking for working papers, camera-ready, or recently published contributions from established academics and graduate students.

There are no formal deadlines for submissions, as they are accepted throughout the year. Those interested are encouraged to email us abstracts: unige.metagiuridica@gmail.com

This email should contain the following information: (1) an abstract with no more than 600 words; (2) your academic affiliation; and (3) a date proposal.

Oxford – Girona – Genoa Seminar in Legal Theory

The University of Genoa is honoured to host the new edition of the Oxford-Genoa-Girona Seminar in Legal Theory on April 22, 2016. This year’s topic of the seminar is Judicial Decision-Making and Judicial Law-Making. The speakers shall be Timothy Endicott and Stephen Dimelow for the University of Oxford, Diego Papayannis and Pablo A. Rapetti for the University of Girona, and Riccardo Guastini and Maria Cristina Redondo for the University of Genoa. (more…)
