:: Event :: The second Jean Monnet module discussion on the violations of the Rule of Law will take place at the Palazzo dell’Albergo dei Poveri in Genoa during two morning and two afternoon sessions on July 11 and July 12, 2023. The event includes four keynotes by Adam Dyrda, David Dyzenhaus, Cheryl Misak and Matthias Klatt, followed by discussions with prominent international guests and several members of the Tarello Institute for Legal Philosophy at the University of Genoa (see page 2 of the event poster below). It will be conducted both in-person and online.


The event is connected with the HORIZON-WIDERA ALF project (Advancing cooperation on the foundations of law) and integrated in the 12th edition of the international master’s course in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy offered by the University of Genoa in Italy and the University of Girona in Spain.
