One of the finest, path-breaking, minds in contemporary legal philosophy and constitutional theory, Prof. Dr. Mult. Robert Alexy, passed away in Kiel on September 5. Robert lectured during many years in the Master “Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy”, spending one week with us in Imperia and, after the Covid, in Genoa. He was one of the dearest friends of the Tarello Institute. We all mourn him in deepest sadness and grief.
