Presentation and Summary

Our Jean Monnet Project “Violations of the Rule of Law: Classification, Proof and Remedies – ViRoL” aims to promote public understanding and awareness of the limits that the Rule of Law places on the actions of legal and political authorities, and of the nature of disputes over those limits.

To this end, ViRoL (a) offered a series of online seminars and in-class workshops for students and professionals (see our first event, second, and third); (b) produced a package of short video lectures on key concepts and debates, and (c) created 6 freely available syllabi in two concentrations (Law and Philosophy; and Law and Politics).

All the materials created are available in different languages, and easily accessible through the links above (you can find links to the short videos, under the “Lesson plan” for the 90-hours syllabi)
