:: Events :: The Law & Philosophy Group of Pompeu Fabra University invites all to the launch event of UPF Center for Animal Ethics, set for March 14 in Barcelona. Participants include Oscar Horta (Santiago), Jeff McMahan (Oxford) and Jesús Mosterín (Proyecto Gran Simio).
The event will take place from 9.45 h to 14.00 at Sala Casalmiglia, “Roger de Lluria” Building in Ciutadella Campus of Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona.

10.00-11.45: Inaugural lecture by Prof. Jeff McMahan, with Q&A session.
11.45-12.15: Break with buffet and live music by soprano Patricia Caicedo.
12.15-14.00: Panel on Global Justice and Animals, with Q&A session.
