We are pleased to announce that on October 21 and 22, 2016, the Department of Law of the University of Genoa will host the conference Legal Interpretation and Legal Theory as a tribute to Prof. Riccardo Guastini. The keynote speakers will be the following:

Concurrently with the conference, the Department convenes a

CALL FOR PAPERS
for a volume of essays in honor of Professor Guastini

tfm-2The proposed contributions shall discuss the ideas contained in the works of the author (see the list of publications attached to this message) and must be submitted, to the email address congressoguastini2016@gmail.com,  in one of the following languages: Italian, French, English or Spanish.

The timing for the presentation of the essays is as follows:

March 31, 2016: May 15, 2016
Declaration of interest and submission of the abstract
September 30, 2016:
Submission of the essay to be peer-reviewed
January 31, 2017:
Notification of the outcome of the peer-review process
March 31, 2017:
Submission of the final version of the essay

The extent of the essays should not exceed 40,000 characters (including spaces and footnotes).
